We examine the nature, character, suitability, and sustainability of the transaction and determine whether the mortgage loan in question is being serviced in strict accord with the terms of the note and mortgage, and in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.
MPA provides mortgage analytics and litigation support services to consumers and attorneys nationwide. The firm also advises and performs services for county registers of deeds, attorneys general, courts, and other governmental agencies.
MPA and its staff adhere to a strict Code of Professional Ethics. We offer fee-based services and never have a stake in the outcome of a matter. This policy allows MPA to maintain its neutrality and independence and to uphold the firm’s high standard of uncompromising integrity.

She is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of McDonnell Property Analytics (“MPA”) a nationwide litigation support and research firm headquartered in Brewster, Massachusetts.
